Abstract: Natural eco-restoration is a new way of soil and water conservation for ecological conservation, but there has been no uniform boundary to this definition. In order to probe into theory of natural eco-restoration project of soil and water conservation, accelerate natural eco-restoration carrying out deeply, the definition of natural eco-restoration, the relationship between soil and water conservation and natural eco-restoration were discussed and the way about how to put natural eco-restoration into practice were put forward.
