Abstract: On the base of analysis of the project composition of expressway construction,the paper analyzed the characteristics and harms of soil and water losses in expressway construction,and discussed the contents,the measures system and principles of the ecological restoration with soil and water conservation.Two kinds of domestic advanced technologies which were applied to the ecological restoration with soil and water conservation extensivly in recent years' expressway construction were summarized.
