Abstract: Soil and water conservation monitoring is the fundamental work of soil and water conservation,which is still at the primary development stage at present.The paper mainly introduces the goal,significance,contents,indicator and characteristic of soil and water conservation monitoring for the development and construction project,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures based on main problems in the project.
