Abstract: After the investigation and research to new rural water conservancy construction and water & soil conservation in a new socialist countryside model village——Jitoushi Village in Yufeng small watershed of Suining City.We explored the Water Conservancy & Water and soil Conservation Projects and the roles they played in six aspects in the new rural construction as well as the four existing problems.We reached five enlightenments and also raised four countermeasures.
