Abstract: The management and protection of soil and water conservation projects are very important to guarantee the sustainable development of benefits.From the management and proctection of the "Yangtze River management project" in Sichuan,experiences have been acquired as three aspects,that is,managing on the basis of laws and setting up the system of management and protection;manifesting the property right and implementing the responsibility of management and protection;innovating the mechanism and manoeuvring the participants' enthusiasm of management and protection.
