Abstract: Taking the practices of ecological protection of rocky slopes in Shenzhen city as an example, this paper puts forth the classifying method of different slopes，and proposes types of slope ecological protection and the ecological synthetic protection technology based on the comparison between and analysis on the new and traditional slope revegetation technologies, exploring a complete set of technologies in the field of the slope ecoprotection and landscaping effect. The request for plant species of slope eco-protection is touched upon and the common plant species for slope revegetation are listed. The plants of soil and water conservation should be the pioneer species. And the conception of synthetic slope protection is put forward.
