    一种静压成型混凝土透水砖的制备与物理性能试验

    Experimental study on physical properties of the permeable concrete brick made by cool isostatic pressing technology

    • 摘要: 透水铺装具有缓解城市防洪压力、涵养地下水源、改善城市热环境等特点。针对混凝土透水砖的特点,设计孔隙率和水灰比不同的4种混凝土透水砖,采用体积法进行配合比设计,通过水泥裹料投石法搅拌,在自制的模型中静压成型,对其物理性能包括抗压强度、孔隙率、透水性进行率定,并对透水能力最强的砖体进行成本预算。结果表明:设计的透水砖透水系数达到了1.18~1.60mm/s,抗压强度超过了30MPa;采用体积法设计配合比是合理、可行的;利用15%粉煤灰和5%的硅灰配合使用等量代替水泥,设计的透水砖成本仅为28.25元/m2

       

      Abstract: Pervious surfaces could decrease the urban storm peak,conserve rainfall in the underground,and reduce the high air temperature of city.This paper designs four kinds of permeable bricks with different porosities and water cement ratios,which is decided through the volume method.After mixing and isostatic pressing,we measure the porosity,compressive properties and permeability coefficient of the samples,and calculate the cost of brick which has the highest permeability coefficient.The results show that: 1) The permeability coefficients of all samples reach 1.18-1.60mm/s and compressive properties of that exceed 30MPa.2) The volume method is logical and feasible.3) The cost of the new permeable brick is only 28.25 yuan/m2 if 20% of the total cement was replaced by the mixture of 15% fly ash and 5% silica fume.
