Abstract: Hydraulic seeding spray technologies introduced from USA, Europe, Japan and Australia release,to some degree, the mismatch between the ecological restoration of wound slope vegetation and mechanized construction speed. However, problems have arisen during their application. This paper explains key factors of hydraulic seeding spray technologies and briefly discusses the soil problems related to wound slope vegetation ecological restoration. Through analyzing the soil matrix and the technical features of hydraulic seeding spray,the author finds out the reasons leading to non-ideal performance of hydraulic seeding spray projects. Finally,the paper concludes with a suggestion that the soil restoration is the first step of the vegetation ecological restoration.
