    客土喷播基质材料配比试验

    Substrate material ratio experiments of external-soil spray seeding

    • 摘要: 以土壤、保水剂、速效肥及鸡粪等作为喷播基质的原材料,通过设置不同水平,选用L9(34)正交表得到不同配比的喷播基质,各基质中播种髙羊茅,出苗后比较其保苗率和总生物量,经极差分析和方差分析得到最佳基质的配比为:鸡粪和(草炭土+土壤+秸秆)的质量比为1:157,草炭土、土壤和秸秆的体积比为7:10:3,其中保水剂和速效肥的质量分数均为1知,保水剂和(土壤+草炭土+秸秆)对各观测指标有显著性影响。最后对保水剂的保水性能进行研究,结果表明保水剂在植物生长初期可以有效抑制基质中的水分蒸发。

       

      Abstract: Abstract The soil,super absorbent polymer,instant fertilizer and chicken manure were raw materials of spray seeding substrate material.By setting different levels,L9(34)orthogonal experiment method was selected,and then 9spray substrate materials were obtained.The Festuce arundinacea was planted in every substrate material.Emergence rate and total biomass were compared.Through range analysis and variance analysis,we got the best spray substrate ratio:the mass ratio of chicken manure and (peat soil +soil +straw)was 1:157,the volume ratio of peat soil,soil and straw was 7:10:3,and the percentage of quality of super absorbent polymer and fast released fertilizer was \%c.The super absorbent polymer and (soil +peat soil +straw)had significant impact on every indicator under observation.Finally,studying the properties of super absorbent polymer,we got the findings that super absorbent polymer could effectively inhibit water evaporation in the substrate material in the early age of plant growth.
