Abstract: Protected objectives, location, height, length, structure and landscaping were designed in accordance with the conditions of Hehuaifu Expressway, based on acoustics principles on noise barriers. The test with the indices shows that the noise barriers have achieved satisfying noise-decreasing, ecological and social effects.
