Abstract: The resettlement project of the reservoir immigration of Longtan Hydropower Station includes relocation of many towns and villages and new-building or reconstruction of traffic roads. Because of the complicated problems and the serious contradiction, the work of soil and water conservation is difficult.By carrying out Agency Construction Management, it ensures the implementation of the project and makes the harness effect significant. This paper illustrated the project management work from the aspects of creative harness mode, organization management and illustrating work focus by summarizing the project management work of carrying out Agency Construction Management in the work of soil and water conservation, which could provide experience and reference for similar items.
