Abstract: According to the present status of highway construction project's environment impact and environmental conservation,the exist problems were reviewed and analyzed in this paper from the viewpoint in both environment management and conservation technology.The author suggested that a serial researches should be done to enhance the ecological conservation and restoration level of road construction project,including technologies of environment impact assessment and design,conservation and restoration,sustainable development of road eco-system.
