Project of soil and water conservation on outer dump of Shengli 1 strip coal mine in Xilin Gole steppe of Inner Mongolia
The area of mine exploitation and outer dump or digging are large in steppe,which destroyed many grassland resources and also formed lots of new soil and water losses.Based on analyzing the forms of soil erosion,the author proposed systematical project of soil and water conservation in Shengli 1 strip coal mine.
